Northwest Pediatric Ophthalmology takes the safety of our patients and staff very seriously and we follow all state and federal regulations for COVID-19.
Masks are required for any patient over the age of 2 and any adult accompanying the patient.
Please bring your own mask or face covering to the appointment to be worn the entire time you are in our office.
To ensure a safe environment for our patients, we will reschedule anyone who shows signs of illness.
Please reschedule in advance if you are not feeling well (fever, aches, headache, cough, loss of sense of smell, diarrhea, etc.) or have had contact with a person in the last 2 weeks who has tested positive for COVID-19.
